Add H-Rail Compoents to your Hobie Lynx, Compass or i-Trek seat and increase the number of accessories you can carry.

One of our customers wanted to be able to carry the Hobie H-Rail tackle bin on his Lynx and asked us to “make something work”. This is an easy mod that involves simply bolting on a 9inch Hobie H-Rail Bolt On Kit (84626001) to the side of your kayak seat using the existing bolt holes from the hinge points on the seat. No new holes, just the 9″ H-Rail (cut to correct length) and one longer imperial bolt, we even use the supplied recessed nuts ! You can add to one side or both, it does make the seat wider but the seat leg and back still fold away.
